| Procedure
Objective: |
Restore
wrinkled, blemished, unevenly pigmented, or sun-damaged
facial skin, using a chemical solution to peel
away skin's top layers. Works on all skin types
and is preceded by a minimum 8 week treatment
of Obagi/NuDerm Skin Care. Skin responds best
when properly prepared. |

to 2 hours for full face depending of depth of
peel to be performed to achieve desired result. |

None;
oral sedation & EKG monitoring may be used. |

Outpatient.

Side Effects: |
Temporary
throbbing, tingling, swelling, redness; acute
sensitivity to sun. |

Risks: |
Tiny
whiteheads (temporary); infection; very rarely
scarring; flare-up of skin allergies, fever blisters,
cold sores. |
| Approximate
Recovery Period: |
Full
healing and fading of redness: 5 to 10 days. After
10 days, patients resume Obagi/NuDerm Skin Care
Regimen and can also use make-up. |
